Robyn founded the company is 100% woman owned and staffed by women – it employs exceptionally qualified women in demanding roles.
When one of Robyn’s close family members attended a chiropractic clinic for neuropathy pain, they were shocked at the cost and not impressed by the suggested products or the plan of care. Robyn researched the market in 2017, including all the devices currently in use around the country, and was determined to “develop something more user friendly”. Robyn contacted a Neuropathy Center with an offer of several evaluation units for the Reno clinic, and requested straightforward feedback and data collection throughout the various stages of development. After using the devices for several months and seeing predictable results month after month, as well as hearing patient’s very positive reactions, they substituted the new device for the existing devices. Compared to before, the clinic nurse said that “the difference is night and day, results with patients have been amazing”, and that her life was made easier simply because in working with Robyn, they were able to identify all the frustrating device user-interface problems clinics are faced with every day and develop actionable solutions. Kristie is an accomplished healthcare leader with over twenty years of management experience. She is Certified in Healthcare Compliance and has been responsible for overseeing hospital adherence to various government regulations. Kristie joins the team as the Contract Manufacturer Liaison and works closely with the entire supply chain to maintain a rigid manufacturing standard. Kristie is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to promote efficiency and reliability. Kristie was awarded with Revenue Cycle Director of the Year 2017 for Kaiser Permanente and attended their inaugural National Woman In Leadership Program in 2018 while working on her MBA which she completed the same year. Blessilda , is our sales consultant. She's been involved in the light device business for nearly a decade. She loves to hear the life changing positive results that patients receive. She has a BS in accounting. is an actor in community theater and says the toughest job was giving birth to her three children at home. She's originally from the Philippines. Tom is Certified Management Consultant a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence and a Certified Implementer for ISO 9001:2015. He has worked with more than 700 companies as a quality and management consultant and as an auditor. He was one of the first Quality Control Engineers at NASA's Mission Control Center in Houston during Projects Gemini and Apollo. Tom has authored 12 books on quality & process excellence and risk avoidance. He is also an expert witness in products liability and organizational negligence. He currently works for organizations that are committed to maximizing their processes and preventing liability. |
